I’m Matt Owen, an adventure filmmaker based in Brisbane and working wherever the story leads.
I work end to end: finding the shape of a story, solving the realities of a shoot, capturing what matters and building momentum in the edit. Sometimes I’m behind the camera. Sometimes I’m part of the adventure. The constant is a real experience, made cinematic without losing what made it real.
